Reaper, 2015

Digitally Printed

Created in reaction to events in Gaza during the summer of 2014, Reaper speaks to the continual cycles of war, destruction, and regrowth in human society and the religious friction that can cause such struggles. The title makes references to both death and the name of a US drone used for bombing the Middle East and other regions. Folded like an old Turkish map, the book is lined on four sides by quotations of 4 prominent Middle East religions--Christianity, Islam, Judaism, and Hinduism.
