Pictures of my book arts printing process.
Description
In the first picture, I have laid out my furniture and linoleum block and rolled the printing press machine with yellow ink. In the second picture, I am printing my artwork on the paper (the result is the yellow part of the final print). In the third picture, I have laid out my furniture again in preparation for the printing of my second layer - the lettering. For the lettering, I used a dark maroon color and the font Garamond (14 pt). Finally, the last picture shows the final prints with both the yellow umbrella layer as well as the dark maroon lettering layer.
